After Kelly and Sean arrived during the evening of the 13th, first rehearsal started bright and early at 10:30 a.m. on Monday. Well…really around 11:30 since Randy didn’t get there until late. Breaking only for the occasional bite to eat or liquid refreshment, practice continued for the next four days from 10:30 in the morning until 8:00 or so that night. When WE get asked what we did on our vacation, we can say "I spent it in Steve’s garage!"
Tunes were played over and over, new ones were learned, other folks came into practice with us, yet more folks dropped by to see us. And, oh yeah, lots of stories were told and "you remember so-and-so?" questions were asked, all followed by lots of laughter. Actually, for spending vacation in a garage, we really had a good time….
